BJSHS Announcements

    I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible; with liberty and justice for all.

    1. If you are a high school student, and have failed one or more courses, please see Mr. Munger asap.  The last day to turn in your application to join summer school is THIS Thursday!  There are only a handful of spots left open, don't wait.  Enrollment forms are in the office.
    2. HS Band and Choir perform at Graduation ceremony on May 25th @ 7 pm in the Gym.  Students need to report in concert attire by 6 pm.  Details have been shared with students during class time and will be reviewed daily.  You will be turning in your concert attire immediately following commencement.
    3. The Beaverton Memorial Day Parade will be held on Monday, May 29th @ 2 pm.  Parade lineup is @ 1:30 pm in the Municipal Parking lot by the Community Center.  HS Band & Color Guard AND 8th Grade Band need to be dressed and ready to load bus by 1:30 pm.  Details were sent to parents via Skyward messenger.
    4. High School Cheerleading try out will be May 30, 31, June 1,2in the cafeteria from 3:30-5:30. 

    Events Tonight:   Baccalaureate at 7:00 PM in the gym.

    Events results:   Placing at the Jack Pine Conference Track Meet last night were Century Shea 6th in the Pole vault, Donna Jean Eschenbacher 1st in the Long Jump and 300 hurdles, 4th in the 100 and 5th in the 200, DJ Whitmer 8th in the discus, Ali Aldrich 2nd in the shot put, Eric Cassiday 7th in the shot put, Michael Durbin 7th in 110 hurdles and 2nd in the 300 hurdles, the girls 4 x 800 team of Skyler Herber, Century Shea, Anna Brushaber, and Beth Breault were 6th and the Boys 4 x 800 team of Parker Hayes, Graham Govitz, Isaac Steele, and Elijah Hayes were 3rd, David Jenkins was 4th in the 100 and 5th in the 400, Parker Hayes was 1st in the 800 and 1600, The 4 x 200 team of Kyle Cassiday, Brandon Shearer, Conner Graves, and Logan Williams were 7th, The 4 x 100 team of Kyle Cassiday, Taylor Sheets, Conner Graves, and Brandon Shearer were 6th, Graham Govitz was 4th in the 3200, and the 4 X 400 Team of Michael Durbin, David Jenkins, Parker Hayes and Isaac Steele were 2nd.
