• Next week, the criminal justice CTE class invites you to take the pledge to drive safely this winter. During lunch on Wednesday and Thursday there will be a banner for everyone to sign pledging your commitment to drive safe and always wear your seatbelt. In addition, there will be a social media contest between Gladwin, Beaverton, Farwell, Harrison, and Clare with the winning school receiving a very special assembly. Stay Tuned!! Now, here is your driving fact of the day -Seatbelt use is one of the most effective ways to save lives and reduce injuries in a crash. Also, each year, 24% of weather-related vehicle crashes occur on snowy, slushy, or icy pavement, and 15% happen during snowfall or sleet. Don’t Become a Snow Angel!!

• The Class of 2021 will be selling new Beat Gladwin Shirts for $10:00. All proceeds will go towards this year’s prom. Shirts are available during 1st lunch period.

• Track team, Mr. Eichbauer will have the weight room open on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:40-5:00 until sprang practices start.

• Beaverton Gem Theatre will be having a special matinee showing today at 3:00 due to school letting out early. They will be showing Dolittle, all tickets are $5.00. Doors open at 2:30. The movie will last 1 ½ hours.
• Uptown Archery and Sports Zone is offering Youth Archery Leagues for ages 7-17. More information available in the office.
