ON THE HUNDREDTH DAY OF SCHOOL, MY HERO GAVE TO ME: Yep, it was Day #100 at BES today, and the kids were pumped to hit triple digits. Arts and crafts, snacks, headgear and t-shirts were the order of the day, but an appearance by Zero the Hero closed the deal. Zero also happened to be celebrating his birthday, so he handed out beads to mark both occasions. #ZeroKeepsItPositive #GoBeavers

The Coaches vs. Cancer committee has been talking to area businesses to raise donations; these businesses will be recognized during the basketball games this Friday. Committee members will also be available at the games to solicit donations from fans. The JV boys tip off at 4:30 p.m., followed by the varsity girls and varsity boys.
